Require info regarding tamil school

I just moved from Chennai, I am looking for admission for my 6 year old kid.
After my extensive search, understand that I can place my kid only in international school, as both of us are holding only professional visa.

Can someone suggest me, if there is any private or tamil school which will admit foreign national?

Private School

Can someone from the education line give me some pointers about private schooling? I have been thinking about this recently as my daughter has come of enrollment age to the primary school. My current considerations are:

1. Sekolah Sri Murni

nowadays obesity is very common with indian girls..most of them like baloon even before married..pls advise and give tips for all...i am not a girl but me too obese

Doing alot of cardio will fight obesity. Running, jogging, walking, treadmill, swimming. My favourite is the treadmill.

food, exercise and attitude is important.

food.
our indians have bad habit of taking dinner late night. this should be avoided. the dinner should be consumed 3 hours at least before sleep. the best time would be 6.30-7.30pm. take heavy breakfast since it is the starter meal of the day.

exercise.
try to do exercise for 2 hours 3 times a week. as what suggested by Vjeyaa bro.

attitude.
when we need to go for lunch near our office. dont take car, try walking. because after heavy lunch we will need to walk back. this will help digestion and burn some calory. try using stairs if your office is just situated at 1st or 2nd floor. this little things can help keep the calories at control.

This is an interesting topic specially for gals.
Gals are always finding ways to reduce their weight because they want to look attractive for other gals out there. But suprisingly no gals here giving their opinion.

weird huh?

Surely we all heard about the various diet programmes like all protien or just fruit juice diet.

well....as black said, it takes some effort to reduce the blubbers.

But Black, i disagree with the thing about eating at night or three hours before sleeping. Actually what we eat and the calories play the role there. Its ok if you tuck in a bowl of salad and not a big plate of fried rice.

Exercise is the the best way to shed the extra weight from our body.
I love brisk walking. I'm addicted to it now.

i agree with ur disagree but looking at the indians' diet...surely they need rice at dinner. the timing tips is for those who like to eat heavy at dinner. and for those who like to take supper at night like mee goreng, roti canai and so on.

ayyo first of all,proper eating habit and proper exercise according to our calorie intake can help.we eat more and exercise less,thats our problem.how many indian girls and even married women are doing housework???so the basic exercise housework also don't want to do,why talk about workout ah???normal housework is just nice for our daily normal indian food.

yeap black...many would say that it is difficult for them without eating rice. Eating rice is not the problem but the quantity sure is.

Gals is Japanese revealed their secret for beautiful skin and perfect body weight as eating a small amount of rice in the morning with correct balance of other nutrients like tofu and half cooked veges.

About Indian gals, not all are lazy and fat. The trend is changing, most Malaysian gals are very alert about their weight and trying their best to stay fit.Maybe they are not well informed about the right way to reduce weight.

Like skipping breakfast is a big "NO" but i notice that most gals like to skip breakfast telling that they are deiting. Rolling Eyes

well jogging helps a lot too i guess....i rarely see indian women jogging...hence the overweight problem among them...

eating late at nite also wil b problem....some more most indians won't miss rice.... Laughing

it is suggested that during breakfast u need to consume a lot of carbohydrates which is found in bread, rice, wheat etc... as they provide u with the energy u need and little quantity of proteins. breakfast should be the biggest meal of the day and the quantity of food u eat should decrease through out the day...during lunch, there should be balance of carbs and proteins and a small quantity of dessert. dessert doesnt neccessarily have to be sweets it can be a piece of fruit too. Dinner should contain very lil amounts of carbs and a lot of proteins such as meat, fish, poultry or lentils...it is good to at least give 3hrs for digestion before sleeping

this is a proper diet but of course exercise is neccessary to maintain a good healthy body weight....
